  ....Chinese New Year! My incredible 3rd graders created gorgeous Ming inspired vase still lifes using tertiary colors and their knowledge of shade and shadow. They have such a joyous and happy energy about them and I am, of course, so proud of my young artists!

   ....of a white winter! But, alas, Austin is not cooperating. So we shall console ourselves by admiring their wonderfully textured snowy landscapes!      ....chocolate mugs. My 5th graders brought their A Game with their handle designs - I mean, check out those details!! More photos coming soon....
